  • How do I cancel or change my order?

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel the order once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a change from the customer support if the order has not been dispatched (Click here to WhatsApp the Team).

  • How to track my order?

    You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move to track it.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept all the popular & convenient payment methods such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Credit/ Debit Cards, Wallets & More through our secure payment partners - Razorpay & PhonePe.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. Please note that additional shipping costs will be applied based on your delivery location.
  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, free shipping is available for all the orders that’s placed inside India. We charge shipping fees for overseas orders.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    Our standard shipping time is 15-20 business days, but it may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and make every effort to deliver it safely as soon as possible. 

    We take this time to ensure that you have a wonderful and long-lasting experience, especially since we are currently the only ones offering this quality for Indian & International orders. 

Refund & Exchange

  • How long does it take to get the Refund?

    Once we receive your return, please allow us 7-15 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Incase of any problem the team will ask for the Bank Details under the name order was placed to transfer via NEFT.

  • How do I track my Refund?
    To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
  • What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

    You can ask for a refund within 30 days from your delivery. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We request you to keep the original packaging of the product until completely satisfied.
