If we are unable to fulfil your requirement, you have to email us at support@thesteploboards.com, and our support team will immediately refund the order after receiving the returned goods.

The Refund is credited back within 7 – 15 business days to the payment mode you used while paying us. We promise that once you have initiated the refund, you will not have to reach out to us to track the status, we will make sure that the refund is credited within 15 days from the request raised & notify you ourselves as it’s our responsibility.

In any case the refund is not processed by the gateway then our team will need your Bank Details under the name the order was placed & you will receive the NEFT receipt within 7 days of sharing the details.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled within the mentioned delivery timelines (30 Days for Domestic Products & 60 Days for Planning Boards & International Products).

Late or Missing Refunds :

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thesteploboards.com.

Exchanges :

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@thesteploboards.com to get the return slip. 

Gifts :

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Shipping :

To return your product, you can email us at support@thesteploboards.com & we will arrange a pickup.

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
